Stream

One time in the late summer

I walked down to a stream.

The stream had lots

of fish in it.

The water in the stream

was very blue.

As I walked

down the stream

I saw a place

in the stream

that had a curve.

The curve

was a very sharp turn.

Then I started

walking up the stream.

I saw a very big trout.

It was about one foot long.

Then I saw a smaller fish

as I was walking up the stream.

Then I walked back home

and told my parents

what I saw.
